“I really focus on my skin care. “I start my day with hot water and lemon juice to flush my digestive system. The lemons are from my own trees.” Workouts: Pilates and yoga twice a week. More core: Planks. “I’ll put on music, and my son will be dancing while I’m doing planks on the floor.” On the road: Ballet Beautiful DVDs. “I know them by heart.” Going green: “I eat a lot of veggies: kale, spinach, collard greens, little radishes. And I love farmers markets.” Indulgence: Triple-cream goat cheese. “I tried to dye my hair blonde once, but it didn’t work.” Stylist: Ericka Verrett. “I work with her all the time.
